Coaching
Her coaching and facilitation work spans executives, middle managers, and emerging leaders, with typical audiences drawn from government agencies, community organisations, and values-driven enterprises.

She is recognised for supporting leaders to strengthen their emotional intelligence, build confidence, and lead with clarity under pressure. Her approach blends evidence-based coaching, structured facilitation, and reflective practices with contemporary leadership development frameworks and 360-degree feedback. She applies a variety of learning modes—including workshops, facilitated team resets, coaching partnerships, and tailored reflection tools—to ensure learning is practical, engaging, and delivers measurable outcomes for both individuals and organisations.

Bridget seeks to establish trust with her clients so they feel safe enough to share information with her. Her focus is to help clients understand themselves and then in turn understand others. She believes that knowing yourself is one of the foundations of great leadership. Whilst Bridget works in partnership with her client, she will also challenge ideas and seek to have her client stretch their thinking, behaviors and ways of looking and responding to an issue.
