Bridget Barrett

Bridget has over 20 years experience as an Executive in The Public Sector. In 2018 Bridget was honored as one of the top 50 most influential women in the NSW Public sector. Bridget has a background in leadership, strategy, change management and transformational programs. She is passionate about creating culture that is both staff and customer focussed.

Bridget worked and led staff in complex environments across a number of agencies. This has included regulation, statewide operations, cross jurisdictional and political. She understands the challenges facing government  and business and the context they operate in.

As a previous Executive for a number of years Bridget has been trained and also has vast experience in a number of leadership facets including culture setting, engagement, shifting organizational performance and building transformational leadership capability. Her studies in workplace reform and Change management have also built her leadership skills.
